At Favourfairy we offer our customers an excellent service meeting the highest possible standards.
We are happy to offer a full returns service if you are not completely satisfied with the product you purchase from us subject to our standard terms and conditions for refund.
We aim to despatch your goods within 24 hours of receipt of your order although due to the processing times of some of our personalised products this may take longer. Goods may be sent by either 1st Class post or by Royal Mail, tracked.
Your credit card details are processed securely online by Sage Pay; most major credit cards are accepted. You may also pay using your Paypal account.
